The intriguing thing about Staley is he played QB in college, so he's well versed on both sides of the ball. He seems to be an anomaly in that regard. He's also a great communicator and seems to be a good people person. If I was looking for a HC, Staley would be on my list of candidates, but I don't want to sell the guy too hard because I don't him to get poached.
