Bingo! It isn't McVay's playcalling that was the problem last night. If anything, we should be praising our coach for working around the turnovers. There's a reason he was calling screens so much. It helps keep the defense honest and it helps Goff get the ball out of his hands without going through progressions.

McVay STILL has to protect Goff from himself even when he's on a hot streak.
