....and being in a better organization (JAX is kind of a mess going through a rebuild they are publicly stating in not a rebuild) and getting his contract out of the way was huge.

And I think how Staley worked with him in the off-season and uses him all over the field and challenges his football intellect and his skill set has been a great match and worth the trade and contract so far a year into his time in LA....
