The term "honesty" is one that by its nature encompasses ethics, morals, character and legality. Dishonest is an unethical attempt to deceive for nefarious purposes. I don't think for one second that this describes Demoff.
That he isn't forthcoming or complete on every answer because he is not in a position to want to do that, is different.
Executives like Demoff will not be forthcoming and fully divulge everything......and shouldn't. That hardly makes him dishonest. It makes him wise and a good business person.
