About the trading picks for players strategy.
Those aren’t on Demoff at all.
I think those begin with Snead/McVay requests. Once those two decide on a strategy to acquire proven elite types (Ramsey) or extend elites (AD), plus a franchise QB such as Goff, then Demoff tries to find a way to make it happen in the most affordable manner.
Same with decisions to offload Gurley and Cooks. Those originate with Snead/McVay and then Demoff works out the details in most favorable terms (or least unfavorable terms for those two). Demoff and Oastoors almost make it look easy, but we both know that it isn’t.
It’s a helluva three headed synergy, if you ask me.
Thanks for explaining that 43. I wasn't sure what his roll was or entailed.
Based on your description, sounds like he just handles the accounting part of player acquisitions.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
