Hendy gets dinged up and doesn't seem to get stronger as the game goes on. The guy had holes you could drive a bus through in college, in the pros the hits and running into constant contact seem to wear on him. That tells me change of pace. Really good back but change of pace is definitely where he'll do his most damage in his career at this level.
The horse types get stronger as the game goes on and tend to take over late. Akers has a chance to be that type of back based on the fact he stood up to running into walls of defenders over and over ad nauseum. It's why the Rams wanted him. Stay tuned too because it's coming.
In addition, the numbers don't support your stance. You're the one in the beginning of the season who said let's focus on Success Rate. You didn't think Hendy would be good there. But he has been great there!
You probably should acknowledge that you were wrong on that.
Now, you're saying, he doesn't get stronger as the game goes on. The numbers do not support that he's dropping off in production as the game goes on. His production isn't saying that running into constant contact seems to wear on him.
I think that's you projecting what you expect to happen which may end up being the case but so far, the numbers haven't backed that.
