Not anything new, but to me McVay's system is too gimmicky and not based enough on solid fundamentals. The little nuances to get a linebacker leaning the other way for an extra second are great but should be in addition to your plan not THE plan.
I've wondered about the same thing but with the success GB and CIN are having with it, I don't think the scheme is the problem.
