Goff when put in a bad position does just about the worst things possible. He doesn’t protect the ball, he doesn’t see what he should see.
Goff is in his 5th year. He should know better by now. Why is that? Is he really unable to process quick enough to avoid disasters?

We;ve actually seen him do all those things and not succumb to pressure that way.And your list is incomplete. Waldman focused also on protections, including the RBs in pass pro. HIs final vid says "here THEY figured it out."
He does not make the argument you claim he does. That's you taking one thread of what he says and acting like he's you and saying what you would say.
