Looking at this a bit further: 19 bad throws the first four games is an average of 4.75 a game. And then he threw 5 against the Bears. That pretty much makes the Bears game an average game for Goff, doesn't it?
Throwing '15 over the last two weeks' means 10 against the 49ers and 5 against the Bears. The 49ers game raises an eyebrow for sure, but there's no need to try to make anything out of throwing 5 against the Bears ...
