If you're going to make a run at the Super Bowl, why trade anyone? We'll need the depth. They wouldn't get much for Malcolm, so they might as well keep him. In the playoffs, they'll need those tough yards, which is Malcolm's specialty. Next year, he's a free agent and will mostly likely leave, so maybe he gets a nice contract that yields the Rams compensation in the draft.
