Gaines is very strong

That's his game. Couple games back I posted up stills of him standing up a double team on another site, stuffing it cold as well as some other plus plays. The dude is powerful and he's making the most of his snaps.

Rarely do you see him get knocked off the ball. I'm a big fan of the guy. And I like SJD too. SJD isn't as naturally strong vs the doubles (Gaines can get very low) but he's got a little wiggle to him and can move around. Gaines is a NT only IMO because of those short arms.
