Love how McVay can take upstart trending plays from other teams and fit them to work with his personnel and concepts.

McVay knew he needed to make some additions and subtractions to his offense.

If I remember correctly, his infatuation with 11 personnel finally started to change over the 5 or 6 games last year.

Coach is proving he can change as needed and adjust his offense vs defensive schemes that are on to him.

Boy genius is getting better with age.
