Kaep might have been his greatest creation during that short window but the guy knows how to make it simple for the guys who like to RPO. His attack slows the rush on the edges because defenses need to contain. And you can draft a running QB just about every year or two and not pay the position, just get a guy rolling then rinse/repeat when he's ready to test the FA waters.
Some GM will do this with Roman IMO. It's only a matter of time. Do that and get him a good DC and then wait and see if he can adjust to the HC responsibilities.
