Rarely do coaches have such productive trees, and for it to be someone as young as McVay is incredible. Truly. It really speaks to the radar he has to identify coaches who "get it", and that they have the room to thrive in this "We not Me" program that Coach cultivates. And I don't think McVay lives in a world where he has to protect his pieces. Coach them up in the tree and let them fly when it's their time to go (or cut them loose and upgrade). Go hire and do it again. You rarely see that, and I don't think I've actually seen that in a long time. We have something really special here, and I'm enjoying the show.
