JFM is currently the 9th ranked DT by PFF with grade of 82.8. Ive watched him this year and he looks very good. McVay gave up on him too early. He may be a bust for Rams fans, but he's far from a bust in the NFL.

Yes it does. But doesn't Snead have to sign off on guys getting cut? If not, then McVay is screwing up with the good talent that Snead is giving him, right?
Maybe he fell asleep in meetings and they didn't feel he fit the culture.
