The fact that Evans didn't beat out Hav is not that upsetting - Hav is not bad when he is healthy and Evans played OK when he got in there - so I wouldn't call hima JAG - Boom is playing out of position and is hurt - who knows if he is a JAG - to me, Long not playing and Rapp's off and on playing are the most discouraging.
Allen is a 4th rounder who played like one - so yeah - JAG city.
Gotta see more of Evans to be sure. Just don't know yet.
Boom has yet to look good, plus he can't stay of the field. Thats a double whammy. I'd say it's fair not to get excited about him at this point, actually just the opposite.
