There's young kickers all over the NFL and we're seeing the result in missed FGs and inconsistent kickoffs for some of them.
This is why I'd be thinking hard about signing H10 while he's still available and cutting Sloman, barring some sort of deal where Sloman's muscle on his kicks is due to something technical. I do not like what I am seeing from him because it's unlikely some of it is going to get better. You can't coach leg strength.
