For context the Rams were 4th last year (27.9%) and 1st in 2018 (30.2%).
So they do have work to do here.
Yes, and they better figure it out. It's hard to win consistently with little or no pass rush from the outside edges. Can we "scheme" some more pressures into our D? Blitz more? Stunts? Bring someone else in?
