A 4th round comp pick would have to be for a contract at or above $10M/year.

If the Rams do let Johnson go then a 4th- and even possibly a 3rd- should come their way. Reynolds? Maybe a 7th. Maybe. Not a criticism of him but just a reality of the market (and how compensatory picks are weighted).
