Mozart wrote his first symphony at age 8.
Joan of Arc was 17 when she rode off to battle and made history
Alexander the Great conquered his first country by 18
Alexander Hamilton was George Washington's aide-de-camp at age 22.
James Madison was 29 at the constitutional convention.
Lawrence Bragg won the nobel prize at age 25.
Bobby Fisher became a chess Grandmaster at age 15.
Steve Jobs was 21 when he made a computer in his garage.
How ridiculous is a blanket statement about people's age/experience when history has shown us that age is not a barrier to genius.
What a person's gifts are, at times, is less related to age then other factors - I think Van Jefferson at age 24 will show us the "R" in front of experience will be quite deceptive.
That said, I get what you are saying, but without knowing more about her ability to correctly forecast what she is seeing, it silly to dismiss her because of her age/experience.
