My impression of her is she takes her job very seriously and professionally. The 11 Personnel podcast she's taken over (still with Rich Hammond) gives some very good insights. In the most recent podcast where she talked about believing the defense was very, very good she did preface it by saying she was not trying to be a homer or come across as an expert but that from seeing other NFL defenses up close the past 4 seasons this one looked to have tremendous potential- obviously starting with having Donald and Ramsey, but her point was that across the board it looks extremely talented and smartly coached.
