Cautious optimism is always good... I never saw any reason Noteboom would not be ready for camp. I've said this several times but Kupp hurt his knee a month later in 2018 than Noteboom did in 2019 and yet Kupp was not only full-go ready for camp last year but was very active in OTAs that May/June. So for Noteboom to be where he is physically now should not be a surprise.

I don't have a horse in this race. I will say, though, that if he really does seize the starting LG spot it will be one of the bigger surprises of this offseason (and maybe the last 2-3). My assumption has been he would enter 2020 as the primary backup at both tackle spots.
