When you look at it by the numbers, Young was a better player. Yet Montana in the discussions as a top 5 QB of all time and that isn't the case for Young.

So much about QB is being in the right place at the right now. Had Trent Green not been injured, he be in the Hall of Fame, but instead, he is just another good player.

Young is a good one to bring up, but his unit of work in Tampa wasn't that long and he was young so that makes more sense than these players that have been around 5-10 years with little success.
