I don't count qbs who started and struggled as rookies and then developed. That includes Bradshaw, Aikman, Manning, or Goff. Or for that matter Favre. That kind of story is more normal than not.
The real turnarounds for me are more advanced vets who resurrected themselves. Plunkett, Gannon, and Testeverde are good examples.
I just came up with this myself in another post. Trent Green. Long path to being a very productive starter in Kansas City. Injuries contributed to that but he had to deal with things like being cut by a CFL team along the way.
