Might make a lot of sense. Keep a 2nd or 3rd sting QB on the roster, but keep him out of the in-season practices, team travel and QB meeting room. That way if your starer goes down with a positive test resul and passes it to your back up or vice versat - you can bring in someone who knows the system, but has not been exposed.
