Maybe. But the Rams sent out an email on March 20 announcing the live stream for the logo reveal (which happened on March 23).

That same email said this about the unis: "Later this spring, after years of planning, designing and receiving considerable input from our fans, we will roll out our new uniforms."

Seems to me that they never intended to wait until the stadium opened to do the uniform revel.
