Barring a surprise, no rookie OL will play much this year.

Last year Evans and Edwards were rookies who got significant playing time, that should pay off this year. Note and Allen are going into their 3rd year.

So this year's line will be more experienced than last year's line, even though it's not extensive experience.

Combine the experience... along with the normal improvement you usually see with 2nd and 3rd year players and this OL should be better than the 2019 version.

Unless the players they're counting on just aren't that good....which is also possible.

Bottom line: any OL they would have drafted this year (considering where they were drafting) probably wouldn't have been much help this year. So they've decided to go with they young guys they've already invested in.

How this plays out will be a major factor in how the 2020 season plays out. Let's hope they made the right choice.
