1. Not elite huh? 2019 - LF was 4th overall RB in combined yards 1152 receiving 522 what are you talking about not a top back. How is that not ELITE?
BTW those stats are for 15 games if he went 16 games he would have had around 1830 yards which would have made him 3rd.
2. Over used ? He is not overused he has NEVER had a 300 carry season either with Jville or LSU.
Most of all he is on Jville, a QBless franchise with massive issues on both sides of the ball. Just imagine he was in the Rams and he got 300 touches he would right behind McCaffrey for overall total yards from a RB.
This is the ultimate no brainier this off-season for the Rams. He is a great blocker, opposite of Henderson, not expensive massive receiver for a RB and great blocker. The draft has no one REMOTELY CLOSE to LF.
If we upgrade the oline with LF we will not miss a beat from old Gurley.
