Kinda makes it look....

like it was done to appease a certain fan group/HC/and some media people.....They did it, they "tried" to make amends.....IMO it was a stupid rule to just add more confusion, more "as I see it" type rulings for the refs to make personal determinations....In the end it really did not clear up anything....but I guess they showed atonement for "the non call" that in some eyes kept a certain team from their self declared belonging in a SB....LOL....
