Rams need Cooks/Alt burner for deep ball

Remember Tony Martin in the 90s(?)....4.3 guy who could fly.....he was a QB in college....we need a burner, and we will have one in 2021 we will have him in place, and it won't be B Cooks. These burners can be found in the 3rd to 6th

McVay knows this, and is 'in process'...just like he 'knew' with D Hendo in the 3rd.
