RIP and my prayers and thoughts are with him and his family. I agree as a Ram, because Dempsey had trouble getting trajectory, his kicks were more susceptible to be blocked and as Ram fans, many were in post season. Poor Chuck Knox as it appeared the Rams never had the right kicker for him with David Ray missing several FG's against Dallas in 73 and Dempsey getting a few kicks blocked and a couple returned for TD's too.
