Small study and more to surely come. As expected, these results track the observations of the many doctors on the ground

Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, two medicines currently authorised for malaria and certain autoimmune diseases,
are being investigated worldwide for their potential to treat coronavirus disease (COVID-19). However,
efficacy in treating COVID-19 is yet to be shown in studies.Large clinical trials are under way to generate the robust data needed to establish the efficacy and safety of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of COVID-19. EMA welcomes these trials, which will enable authorities to give reliable advice based on solid evidence to healthcare professionals and patients.
Reporting on the opinions of doctors prescribing it is NOT scientific study or evidence. Those doctors have no way to study if the drug was part of the recovery or lessening of effects--and remember most people recover from covid-19. So how do you separate it? Controlled scientific studies.
Those have not reported in yet.
The actual proper studies are under way but scientifically that will not consist of polling doctors.
