Well you may want to keep in mind that Littleton got a multi year deal that would likely make signing kupp jj Ramsey more difficult. And I would guess a significant portion is guaranteed. Not a smart move for a lb who doesn't rush the passer and is average against the run. On the other hand Floyd is likely a 1 year stop gap unless he demonstrates improvement. Furthermore the details of that contract have not been released so we dont know exactly what he costs this year. Much of it could be in incentives.
But again...ask yourself why would the rams make these moves? My guess like others have said is that they need run stoppers. I wouldn't at all be shocked to see a pass rusher with the 1st pick.
