He had an opportunity to garner much sympathy. He was universally considered a top 3 player for much of 2017-18. His arthritic knee then got the best of him by the age of 25.
That is really sad and obviously makes him a sympathetic figure. He is burning up that good will but stupid statements which make him sound like a jerk. I got to believe his people are telling him to be graceful and show class and he has not done that to this point.
He also posted that he got fired on his day off.
