For him to sign with the Chargers they would have needed to be the only team who needs a QB. IMO Brady is going to be more concerned with FIT and whether he has a chance to play well with good talent around him than whether the state is going to tax his income.
Yes it's significant and it's why I didn't retire in Cali where I'm from. But for Brady I just don't think it was a primary factor man.

I don't think it was either, not for someone like Brady, but you can bet it would be to other players that don't have the bankroll that Brady does....just glad to see the article point out the unfair advantage of it
