Littleton was arguably our 3rd best player on defense and if someone said he was "2b" to Jalen Ramsey being "2a", I would probably agree with you. His PFF rating was 8th IN THE LEAGUE at ILB for a reason. That was NOT an interchangeable piece by any stretch of the imagination. We have no one on the roster to replace him with. If we did, they would have been playing in the regular season and not August. That loss is going to hurt far worse than some here think.

Not happy about the Littleton loss especially considering at how affordable he would have been and the fact they let Fowler walk too, but I think we might be going in a different direction and need to beef up the run defense in which case you can see why both are gone.
Just have to hope they know what they're doing.....they sure will have some splaining to do if they regress on defense
