there will be short cuts... I know a few people who are working on the project and all of them tell me they are 'behind'.... and yes, I know that contradicts 'official' reports... and I'm not saying I think they know more... BUT....
I think the 'shortcuts' will be more of a cosmetic nature and will in no way be shortcuts that could threaten fan safety.
That makes sense.
