That;s exactly it. There would be no jokes if someone were hurt. The jokes are not vicious, just light-hearted. Most people here do not work on construction sites so the entire OSHA thing does not occur to them. It was just innocent joshing. It's a mistake to take it those kinds of jokes so seriously,
