Maybe it was unintentional by the OP, but I understood the phrases, 'dollar-store version of Fowler' and 'when Fowler leaves' as suggesting that this player might replace him.

I read, 'dollar-store' and thought 99 Cent Only Store so my hope is that that certainly wouldn't be an indication of a third round draft selection. I guess I consider anything after round three as a crap-shoot, so I could see how rounds 4-7 might be inferred by that phrase.
