I thought of doing 1, but I realized you do the best ones, and I like to reply and just add to yours, because I don't cover near the ground you do.
Some of my initial thoughts:
WRs:
Claypool is going to be a slot TE type WR at that size.
Mims has been my favorite non first round WR for about 10 weeks now.
I love Shenault, he came in big, but he kid is a powerful WR. Boldin is an excellent comp.
Duvernay at 5'-10" and a ripped up 200 lbs. Man, a smart OC could do some things with this guy.
Peoples-Jones - at 6'-2" and 212, if he tears apart the combine like I think he could, watch him climb boards.
Hamler - ouch 5'-9" 178 lbs. That is tiny. I still love him, but...
OL:
Bartch - 32 7/8" arms - maybe not a LT anymore.
Becton - 367 lbs - I am scared he can maintain his weigh, and it has been an issue for him in the past
Hennessy at 307 lbs is good for him as a OC prospect
Wanogho - 33 1/2" arms and is raw. I would avould him like the plague.
Runyon - 33 1/4" arms and only 306 is officially a OG in my lists
RBs:
Dobbins at 5'-9" and only 209 is smaller all around then I thought he would be. He will blow the combine apart at that size.
Perine is absolutely a workhorse back at that size and is over valued right now
Taylor 5'-10" 226 is absolutely perfect. He will run fast as well
JJ Taylor - 5'-5" Seriously? Five Feet. 5 inches tall...I'm stunned
James Robinson at 219, yes please. Seriously under rated.
TEs:
Who cares they all suck. No not really, But I have zero first rounders.
Hopkins is my top guy and he is 245. Shaky hands. Gauntlet should be an adventure for him
I love Albert Okwuegbunam, and that is good size at 6'-5" 258. his QB was bad.
Parkinson is my sneaky pick later, and he's 6'-7' and over 250 lbs.
Moss had a bad day IMO. 6'-2" and 250 lbs with sub 32" arms. In line blocking TE with some catching upside I guess.
