So the former PFF guru and Rams assistant QB coach is now an assistant WR coach. Interesting to note that the new Assistant QB coach, Liam Coen, was the Assistant WR coach. So essentially Liam and Zac exchanged roles. Sure, it's minutia but no one mentioned a thing about it in the coaching changes moves.
McVay mentioned that the coaches in the QB room will be O'Connell & LIam Cohen, he did say that also McVay thinks an asset to have a former QB to assist the WR's so they can understand what the QB is seeing. Cohen has more experience so I believe this might have factored in.
