when you are such a weak competitor and leader. Remember he sends messages that the coaches and players can't go against the other teams best head up and they need to try to injure them so they can compete against a lesser than full strength team.
That is so weak!
I would question if having a knowledge defensive coordinator is worth it in the big picture of creating a good team even if he can coach the X's and O's.
