I disagree, IMO, Williams is an excellent coach and believe me the Browns miss him and most Brown fans believe they should have stuck with Williams as the Head Coach. Williams was the fall guy for Sean Payton, not communicating what Williams did was right, but he paid the price and has moved on to do excellent jobs as DC for the Rams, Browns as DC and Interim Head Coach & now Jet fans love him. Keep in mind, Steve Wilks was the DC last year and the results were not close to as good with Williams running the show.
