Remember he is the coach that doesn't like competition and wanted to take out the starters and play against reserves.
It will take a few years before that mindset is driven out of the Browns and he only has been gone a short time.. I don't care that he had mild success with the Browns, because success with that kind of short cut mindset is not sustainable.
After the death of Kobe Bryant and all those great stories how he loved and lived for competition and going against the best and how he couldn't wait to go against Vince Carter early in his career, I would tear up.
