I see a HC making coaching moves that he feels will improve his team. No more, no less.

All gone. Clearly, McVay wants to go in a different direction in their respective areas.

O’Connell hired as OC. Takes a lot off McVay’s plate and gives fresh eyes from a like thinker for the O. I’ve been advocating this for weeks and weeks.

Will there be more changes? I think it’s possible. But if it does happen, I see it as simply a HC trying to improve his coaching team after 3 years of observation and particularly after a very disappointing season.
