I had zero issue with drafting Rapp then or now. He was a top-40 prospect taken at #61 and he lived up to it. If there's a hindsight criticism to be had about their 2019 Draft I think it's taking Henderson over Chase Winovich (who, like Rapp, was a clear-cut top-40 prospect and would be easing the angst of discussions now over Fowler).

My hope on the OL is they add enough new talent that Corbett and Allen can be their 6th and 7th OL. I think they can absolutely improve the OL (especially the interior spots) with the 52nd pick. And/or the 84th.
