Further, while I thought the defense played well OVERALL they did have some major gaffs, as in the ravens, bucs and cowboys. i suspect it was those games that led to wade not being retained. plus he is in his 70s. Maybe he was a little stuck in his ways and mcvay wanted more creativity/flexibility.
