...he should fire himself cuz the offense wildly underperformed this last year. The STs had a down year, firing Bones is not correct. imo
McVay should fire himself as OC cuz he blew it with great talent and is scapegoating onto other coordinators. STs have been wonderful for us since 2012...very aggressive and making STs a 3rd pillar to the team and not just boring 5th wheel like they are on most other teams.
This is kinda desperate and I don't agree....but it's Mcvay's job on the line so he can do what he wants. We'll see if he's got a good feel for hiring coaches.
It was the OFFENSE this year ~ that screwed the pooch...not the defense or STs....just sayin. McVay better settle down a bit cuz he might be throwing bathwater filled with babies out now....jus cuz he can. I don't see the rationale for Bones departure after one bad/avg season. color me surprised.
