I don't know.
And I never take grades as exact anyway. I take them as ballpark. A "grade" is just one guy's assessment. So for example, PFF ranked the Rams OL 31st. There are some flaws in that. First it depends on averages, so the earlier poor rankings even out with the later better rankings. The OL did improve. Does ranking them 31st reflect that? On the other hand--they weren't great. So I don't take "31st" as "exactly 31st"--I just take it as "not all that good."
