Like you, I would re-sign Littleton (who I think is more reliable than Fowler and will cost a few million less per year) and call it a day.

Reeder was admirable for an undrafted 3rd stringer tossed into duty but he's far better suited as a backup and special teams guy. Kiser may not be anything special but I'll take him as an upgrade over Hager and Reeder.

Howard and/or Patrick developing after another offseason would be a plus. Howard has athletic ability to play in coverage but seems like he has much more to learn to get to spots quicker. But he showed enough as a rookie to recognize there's some potential.
